The audit process is divided into five major steps in strict accordance with the requirements of the supplier's rating rules. The second step of product review: At this stage, the company will supply the drawings of the supply materials of the wiper assembly of FAW Group, and randomly select the material from the finished product warehouse for on-site physical inspection and full-scale inspection. The third step process audit: production process audit, service / customer satisfaction, purchase parts / raw material management, production equipment / tooling, APQP defect analysis, corrective measures, continuous improvement, personnel quality, logistics management. The fourth step of the internal meeting: review report finishing. The fifth meeting of the last meeting: non-conformity statement, the conclusion of the review.

Audit result: The full-scale rain inspection of the wiper assembly supplied by Feipeng Company reaches 100% Lily, that is, product QKZ100%, process EP82%, comprehensive evaluation: It is determined that Feipeng's quality system is operating normally, process review is B grade, the process is subject to control. At the same time, further improvement requirements were also proposed, requiring Feipeng to strengthen the 5S management of the production site and improve the process and inspection documents.
